Trust & Privacy
We built this for families who've already had to trust too many systems.
Here's exactly what we do — and don't do — with your information.
Our commitments to you
We never sell your data
Your personal information — your family's information — is never sold, rented, or traded to third parties. Full stop. This is not a policy we revisit based on business conditions.
Privacy is a design requirement, not a checkbox
We design our apps with privacy in mind from the first line of code. Data minimization, encryption at rest and in transit, and strict access controls are built in — not bolted on.
You own your data
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it at any time. We will honor that request promptly and completely.
We are transparent about what we collect
We only collect what we need to make the product work. We tell you what that is, why we need it, and how long we keep it. No hidden fields, no silent tracking.
Children's data is treated with extra care
Our apps are built for families of children with special needs. Any data that relates to a child is handled with heightened sensitivity and is never used for advertising or profiling.
AI features are opt-in and explained
If a feature uses AI, we tell you. We explain what data is used, whether it leaves our systems, and how to turn it off. You are always in control.
Our plain-language privacy stance
We are a small company building tools for a community that has been underserved and, at times, exploited by technology. We take that responsibility seriously.
We will never build a business model that depends on monetizing your family's health or care data. Our revenue comes from subscriptions and consulting — not from selling information about you.
When we make mistakes — and we will — we will tell you promptly, explain what happened, and fix it. We will not hide behind legal language.
Accessibility commitment
We are committed to building apps that are usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We follow WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines as a baseline and actively test with assistive technologies. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please contact us — we treat those reports as high-priority bugs.
Legal documents
Our full Privacy Policy and Terms of Service are being finalized and will be published before our apps launch.
